Interior design is a multifaceted discipline that seeks to create a harmonious and functional living space that caters to the inhabitants' physical and emotional needs. In this project, situated in a bustling urban setting, the primary objective is to establish a peaceful and serene atmosphere that can provide respite from the hectic pace of daily life. To achieve this, the design places a premium on optimizing natural light and air circulation to create a comfortable and healthy living environment for the occupants.
Given that this is a three-generation household, the design considers various critical factors, such as Feng Shui principles, storage requirements, and privacy considerations, to ensure that the space is conducive to the diverse needs of the occupants. The design is tailored to meet the specific requirements of each resident, thus ensuring that the space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, the design is a testament to the art and science of interior design, where form and function are seamlessly integrated to create a beautiful and functional living space.

室內設計之目的，是創造一個滿足人們物質和精神所需的生活環境。本案坐落於繁華都市中，業主期許能有個喘息的空間，消弭生活的繁瑣。為此，本案設計尤為著重採光與通風，致力帶給居者舒適的生活空間。此外，該案作為三代同堂的居所，對於風水、收納、隱私等方面尤為重視，因此如何運用設計切合居者的需求，亦是本次的設計重點之一。

鑒於本案業主有風水上的考量，因此在場域格局的劃分，團隊皆有遵循風水的基本原則進行擘劃，讓住宅不僅美觀，還能為業主一家帶來好運。除了妥善的格局劃分之外，還有利用格柵設計作為場域界定，化解穿堂煞的同時，也能維持空間的寬敞、通亮。

為了給予業主一家豐富、多元、合意的居住體驗，此次設計有規劃出客廳、餐廚空間、吧台區、酒窖、SPA、三溫暖、禮佛區與沏茶室等場所，同時還配有海量的收納空間，以此滿足業主一家嚮往的生活樣貌。

在空間風格的設定上，公領域主要以華麗、優雅的歐式古典風作為主軸，而個人起居室則以柔和、溫潤的調性為主，讓業主一家能同時享有奢華浪漫和愜意舒適的生活體驗。

此次設計除了注重風水格局的規劃之外，也有重視環境保護的概念。譬如於住宅的公、私領域皆設有對外窗，能將大量自然光和新鮮空氣引入室內，既能增加室內的採光度，又能維持良好的空氣品質。同時搭配低耗能、高功率的LED燈具，能大幅降低電力耗損，達到節能減碳的效果。
